Leonia Newman Director & Co-Founder

Leonia offers a wealth of experience spanning many years in the national and international relocation sectors. She is respected as a relocation professional for providing a first class service to clients.

In her early career Leonia set up her own relocation company helping London families to move to the Home Counties. She began to appreciate the needs of busy clients; not only finding the right property, but also the accompanying lifestyle, formed by schooling, the commute, and local amenities.

Through her extensive network of business contacts Leonia next headed up a niche relocation consultants for film actors. Out of this intriguing challenge she became an industry expert discussing property matters for Real Estate TV.

Building on this success, Leonia founded a relocation company serving high profile corporate clients buying and renting in prime central London. She helped over 500 executives, working for the world’s most prominent and successful corporations, to find homes in the capital.

After many years of relocating families from all corners of the globe, Leonia was ideally placed to join forces with Garrington to form what has now become Accent Relocation to develop our industry-leading brand.

John Adamson Director

John has worked in the property sector for the last 25 years and has director level experience in residential sales, letting and management, estate management and development. Most recently he was Managing Director and majority shareholder of one of largest estate and letting agents in the Eastern region which he successfully sold to a FTSE 250 organisation.

He holds an MBA from The Open University and is a well-respected entrepreneurial leader with an eye for detail, who thrives on the creation of customer-focused companies, where success becomes a by-product of excellence.

Tilly Riches Client Services Manager

Graduating with a Degree in Spanish, Tilly has relocated herself and understands first-hand the challenges of moving to a different country, well equipping her to offer support and understanding to relocating families.

Tilly’s passion for service excellence and compassion for her assignees underpins everything she does.

Her bright disposition, enthusiasm and calm nature offer reassurance to all of her clients, and her knowledge of the relocation sector is vast. We truly consider Tilly to be a rising star within the relocation industry.

As Client Services Manager, Tilly leads the team of Relocation Advisors and oversees the delivery of all relocation services. She assists in the development of products and services, establishing and monitoring policies and procedures to ensure consistently high service levels to our clients. Tilly closely monitors the team and evaluates customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes.
